Camper Registration

We look forward to having your children join us for Camp Arevelk 2022!  Below you can find the 5 step process for registering your children for camp this year!  The registration forms, medical forms and payment need to be received prior to the start of camp.    

Step 1: Online Registration Form

Please fill out completely and submit to start registration process.

Step 2: Costs and Deadlines

Check to see what your cost will be based on when you register.

Step 3: Payment

You can now make your payment using our online method. If you have any questions regarding this process or prefer to pay by check please contact us at The final deadline is July 24th, 2022.


Step 4: Print, complete, scan and email medical forms

*IMPORTANT REMINDER:* The State of New York Board of Health and Camp Arevelk require that we have all necessary medical forms onsite PRIOR to the start of camp. Any camper whose medical forms are not received by the registrar by July 24th, 2022 WILL NOT be able to participate in camp this year. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please schedule your doctor's visit accordingly.

Step 5: Send forms to the Registrar

Scan and email medical forms, a copy of the most current immunization forms and a copy of the insurance card to the Registrar at  (If necessary you can mail to the address to the right)
